Hi ~ I’m Kat Steel. I live in Los Angeles, CA and am an actress, host, model, & voice actress. Some of my recent work includes playing Dakota in Brent Spiner's "Fresh Hell" web series & being the English voice of Ibuki in "Street Fighter" video games.
Antiquing, cosplay, & gaming are my hobbies. I also collect vintage dresses, fairy tale literature, & tea cups. In my spare time, I rescue & foster animals. <3
Belle-Etoile ("bel ay-twahl") is my silly little cosplay nickname. It means "beautiful star" in French and refers to my favorite fairy tales ~ "Princess Belle-Etoile" & "Beauty And The Beast."

With the recent release of Super Street Fighter IV, I'm finally able to announce that I'm the voice of Ibuki! Working on SSF4 was a wonderful experience and I'm so honored & proud to be a part of the Street Fighter universe. As a Street Fighter fan, recording Ibuki was a dream come true!
