* ABOUT THIS COSTUME: I commissioned this Belle costume from my talented & lovely friend JoEllen "Lillyxandra" Elam. The dress is custom made & I cherish it. A huge hoop & petticoat must be worn to give the skirt proper fullness. Sorry, but this costume is not for sale ~ as a Disney's "Beauty & The Beast" fan, it's very special to me.
